| Tiivistelmä: | The article analyses an(s, S)continuous review perishable inventory system with general renewal demand process and instantenious replenishments. Continuous review systems seem to be quite suitable for optimization analysis: Inventory cost is monotone, convex of concave under certain conditions, which makes it easy to develop an optimization algorithm. |
