Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims to present evidence of how different domains of knowledge (here as: knw.), that is, basic, experiential, emotional and innovative knw., relate to knw. conversion (as: cnv.) processes, i.e. socialization, externalization, combination and internalization, of the firm. Confirmatory principal component analyzes were performed on knw. domain and knw. cnv. variables. Path analyses, based on stepwise multiple regressions, were performed etc. The results show that knw. based on experience impacts the cnv. of tacit knw. within an organization, leading to innovative knw. and competitive advantage. Emotional knw. impacts the knw. cnv. process similarly. Only basic knw. impacts the explicit components of combination. |
