Paul Blackwell, a CIMA member at Touche Ross defined market testing. A framework for performance measurement was set out by S.Brignall of Warwick Business School in the second session. Veronica Moore of the Audit Commission's Quality Exchange began with an outline of the aims of the Exchange. Kate Mountain's talk focused on approaches to the management of information systems and information technology. |
