| Tiivistelmä: | Effective competition is a state in which large-scale production and competitive vitality are well coordinated. Through analysis, the existence was theoretically proven of an optimum coordinating point between large-scale production and competitive vitality. At present, the electricity market of China is still in a state of monopoly and far from effective competition. Therefore, the core of electricity reform is to realize effective competition. New forms of separation of electrified wire netting from power plant and re-organization of electricity enterprises are to be exploited. The construction of electrified wire netting with many channels needs to establish electrified wire netting companies with multiple investors and to realize the pluralization of property right of electrified netting. |
