| Tiivistelmä: | In October 1998, Guangdong trust and investment international plunged into the debt crisis and resulted in its bankruptcy and clearance. This trust service that managed financial affairs on the basis of non-trust was the outcome of reform and opening up. As the reform is deepening, China's trust service must be reorganized thoroughly. the key lies in the fact that the local administrations should change their functions, streamline their administrative structure, give up their interference with the economical life and gain their revenues by taxation and not depending on trust service, a channel of originally raising and making use of funds. The enterprises which engage in trust services should manage the financial affairs about true trust. |
