| Tiivistelmä: | In the light of total revenue, the rescinding of limitations on export quota of dry goods raises the competition power and productivity of dry goods, while highly-protected sectors, capital-intensive sector and agricultural sector have suffered from relatively great shock. With regard to labours, nearly 9 million agricultural labourers will be transferred to other sectors, while the employees in textile and garment industry will increase by 5.4 million. In spite of the rescinding of import quota on farm produce in 2005, the degree of self-sufficiency of grain can still be above 92 per cent. However, the income of farmers will drop by 2.1 per cent while the income of urban residents will increase by 4.6 per cent. |
