| Tiivistelmä: | It successively took less than 100 years from stores and workshops based on handsewing to semi-mechanization workshops based on floor sewing then to mechanization factories based on electronic sewing machines. And now our nation has rudimentally set up a modern clothing system. Especially after the year of 1978, the total value has increased thirty-sevenhold in the past nineteen years, with the average annual growth rate as 21%. As the quantity is expanding while the total losing balance accompanied by low development and an imbalanced structure, the national clothing industry cannot survive without transforming.
