Tiivistelmä: | Several empirical surveys carried out to investigate the expectations and strategies of small business sectors towards the single market 1992 show that all enterprises expect a higher degree of competition. Small and medium-sized firms are actually controlling their strength respectively weakness and intend measures to increase the quality of their products and raise the productivity of the firm. Big companies take the single market likewise as cause of a strategic reversal and do their utmost to copy the characteristics of small business, such as specialization, quality of products and flexibility. Amazingly, a rise of output does not belong to their plans. |
