| Tiivistelmä: | The administrative authorities of an anti-dumping proceeding, initiation and investigation of a complaint, types of questionnaires, termination and withdrawal of the complaint, provisional anti-dumping duties are discussed. Dumping amount is defined as the difference between export price and normal value. Further the following topics are covered: adjustment of dumping; currency conversions; final comparison; injury; retroactive imposition of anti-dumping duties; settlement possibilities; administrative law; the "sunset" clause; refunds; prevention of circumvention; judicial review. The increasing trend of antidumping proceedings against China is explained, possible improvements are suggested. |
