| Tiivistelmä: | The notion of "organizational activation" was first developed and discussed in the field of the Japanese style organization development. Discussion of organizational activation includes the assumption that there is an optimum class of the organizational human factors called the activated state , which provides performance against any environmental state. A framework is presented for analysis by applying the results of a mathematical theory of organization design. In order to evaluate the activated state of the organization, the I-I chart method is developed by using the indices which correspond to the conditions of the definition of the activated state. |
