| Tiivistelmä: | Trade frictions between China and European Countries have increased during 1983-1992. Anti-dumping has became a great obstacle to China's exports into Europe. What should be noted here is that in recent years, courts of European countries have made judgments that are favorable to Chinese exporters in two anti-dumping cases concerning China's products. They rescinded former unfair adjudications made by European Committee and its board of directors. Chinese enterprises should defend themselves in anti-dumping case and could get a favorable result. |
