| Tiivistelmä: | China's large enterprises stay at the stage of internationalization. They should take advantage of the chance and develop direct investment in the foreign countries based on their own technological advantage. They should establish sub-corporations which have independent production and marketing functions in different countries. To meet market demand of different countries, they produce goods with different features. They must pay attention to that they should manage their oversea sub-corporation according to international convention and train professional talent of multinational business. |
