| Tiivistelmä: | EEC is going to carry out whole-quota regime instead of existing quota-by-nation regime. It has no effect to market economy, but it influences China directly. China should let EEC acknowledge in law Chinese reform achievements and do its best to eliminate the discriminatory treatment of Chinese export goods. At the same time, China should know more about the data of export and have a good position in negotiation with EEC, then we can be sure that whole-quota regime is not more strict to Chinese export good than quota-by-nation regime. |
