| Tiivistelmä: | China should insist on that the foreign financial service businessmen have the right of starting business. Following the principle of benefiting the growth and development of the national economy and according to the special consideration to the financial service industry of the developing countries by the service trade agreement. China should protect the national financial service industry properly by taking such measures as subsidy and laws and regulations. On the most-favoured-nation treatment, China should insist on the pinciple of mutual benefit under some conditions. China should formulate and perfect laws and regulations for managing the finance service industry and set up the association for management of the financial service industry as soon as possible. |
