| Tiivistelmä: | Reunification brought about many changes in Germany: publishing, printing and distribution of newspapers are done by West-German companies. As to television, the two big stations, ARD and ZDF, extended their operation into Eastern part of the country. The deregulation is accelerated by licensing private broadcasting stations. Participation of East Germans in this process is, however , ignored. |
