First, how to regulate private TV to ensure its conformity to public interest standards, second, the role of public television in the competitive conditions and finally how to realize media responsibilities beyond market demands. Everything seems to depend on how public television gets on in its competition with commercial television to form the viewers' expectations of programming. |
