| Tiivistelmä: | Since the Cable Communication Policy Act of 1984 was passed, the cable industry has grown dramatically and it has failed to serve public interest. Regulating cable's monopolistic tendencies could improve rates and service, and increase the variety of sources within the limitations of the commercial marketplace. |
