| Tiivistelmä: | Contract system has not got out of Government-run enterprises setup. Share system is different from contract system in that it render the separation of goverment and enterprise, the realisation of enterprises' status of real goods producer and promoter and at the same time with the function of pushing and protecting the development of market economy. It is share system which remoulds present enterprise system of China and fosters the fundamental enterprise system of China. In order to convert traditional opera-tion tion mechanism and establish new enterprises' organisational system it is necessary to redemarcate the enterprises' economic relation and straighten the relations of proprietorship. |
