| Tiivistelmä: | Because the economic level and the industrial structure of the Northeast Asian nations have obvious ladder-shaped characteristics and comparatively strong mutual complementation, because the political relationship beteen the regional nations has clearly improved and every nation has geographical advantages, each nation positively adopts relevant strategies to quicken the pace of economic and trade relations and multilateral cooperation. So in the 1990's we should activily push porward and strengthen economic cooperation in the Northeast Asian region and finally realize the equality and mutual benefit, respect for the rights and interests, peaceful coexistence, reduction of the economic gap, seeking of common ground while reserving differences, proceeding in an orderly way, and the principle of "there divisions". |
