| Tiivistelmä: | The total volume of export in Guangdong was 13.55 billion US dollars, an increase of 28.9 per cnt compared with the year before in 1991. The achievement features the following characteristics: a higher exchange settlement rate and larger international markets have been accomplished; and the enterprises, after smashing the "big pot" of the old system , can how conduct independent administration, bearing responsibility for profit and loss by themselves. The key lies in the change in people's management idea: a change from a focus on export scale and economic profit, from a focus on promoting scales to promoting both scales and internal management and administration. |
