| Tiivistelmä: | The article analyses the main problems existing in the organization structure of the Chinese enterprises, as well as the reasons for these problems. The author proposes the following suggestions in reconstructing the organization of the enterprises: 1.To reconstruct the enterprises' scale in order to enhance the centralization of social production; 2. To control the development of the medium and small sized enterprises of non-scale economy; 3.To enhance the specialized coordinations among enterprises. |
