| Tiivistelmä: | Applicants of a large chemical company completed an adapted Job Preferences Form and, after making a job offer decision, indicated the importance of the attributes in their decision to accept/reject the job. This study investigates which attributes applicants preferred in a job, which attributes influenced their job offer decision, and whether the attributes actually were important in the job offer decision. The implications of the findings are discussed. |
