Do most American workers, however, have any reliable training to help them cope with this reality? Magic Johnson's announcement that he's HIV positive may suggest that they do not, because meny peaple remain fearful and ignorant about the disease. Thanks to the leadership of businesses that have provided workplace HIV education since the late 1980's, there are models that illustrate the value of making AIDS education ordinary. |
