| Tiivistelmä: | Agriculture, particularly planting industry, is faced with the difficulty of insufficient development motive force. The core is slowness in increase of farmers' income. A reason at a deeper level is insufficient relative interests of agriculture and the declining ability of nonagricultural industries to absorb agricultural labour force. Too big a difference between different regions and too low income of farmers in underdeveloped areas are important factors conditioning the quick development of the national economy. The measures are to change the income increase manner of largely increasing supply of basic agricultural products to that of balanced increase of basic agricultural products in combination with sustained decrease of the number of farmers. |
