Yet human resources professionals, who are responsible for limiting sexual harassment and its effects, often do not know how to rid their companies of this kind of employee misconduct. Companies such as Avon, Corning and MGM have figured out how to wade through the sexual harassment quicksand and limit their corporate liability.
