Tiivistelmä:Not only is workplace sexual harassment not going away, it is getting worse. Yet human resources professionals, who are responsible for limiting sexual harassment and its effects, often do not know how to rid their companies of this kind of employee misconduct. Companies such as Avon, Corning and MGM have figured out how to wade through the sexual harassment quicksand and limit their corporate liability. HR executives , attorneys, consultants and trainers offer their expert advice. While there are no easy answers, their discussion brings the problem into a new light.
