| Tiivistelmä: | Notwithstanding the growing popularity and potential of EDI, there appears to be insufficient insight into EDI systems management, how EDI has worked for past adapters, and what aspects need more development before its value is better relayed to users. With these objectives, this study reports on the results of an extensive survey of EDI users. Its purpose is to shed some light on EDI systems, with particular reference to adoption, benefits, uses, and barriers. |
