| Tiivistelmä: | One of the reasons for the economic take-off of Asian "four small dragons" and Guangdong province is that they have made use of enormous foreign funds to make up the shortage of funds and technology needed by economic development. The "four small dragons" have much experience of success in using foreign funds.
