| Tiivistelmä: | This paper thinks that China's utilizing foreign investment has developed into a critical stage where if a proper new foreign investment policy can be formulated, China's utilizing foreign investment will leap to a new height, otherwise the foreign direct investment in China will be sure to decline, thus bringing unfavorable effect on economic development. The key point of new policy lies in attracting effectively transnational corporations', especially giant ones' investment in China and guiding them to making contributions to China's economic development. |
