| Tiivistelmä: | The Internationalization of China's Banking is such that the scope of overseas business keeps widening and the volume of business keeps increasing. By Sept. 1993, 464 branches had been opened in 16 nations and regions, with the balance of savings amounting to USD 53.78 billion, and that of loans USD 31.06 billion. The network of overseas business agents has taken shape. Ties have been formed with 3946 institutions of 1447 banks in 155 countries and regions. The Bank of China has developed into a transnational bank. |
