| Tiivistelmä: | Currently in the import volume of the barter trade between Heilongjiang province, especially Harbin and Russia, there is a fluctuation. The import commodities' price differences are getting smaller. The gliding economic returns of the frontier enterprises has consequently resulted in a difficult situations of the export of labor service as well as the project-contrating So, a strategic thinking of the long-term development of export of labor service should be adopted and a supporting policy formulated. At the same time, a training base for contract workers sent abroad should be set up to upgrade their quality. |
