| Tiivistelmä: | The Japanese emphasis on quality has had a great impact on American production management in the past decade. American companies changed the way they made products and services. How well do Chinese executives or workers understand quality management principles? How do they feel about some of the quality management practices applied elsewhere? To answer these questions, a questionnaire was designed to ask respondents whether they agree or disagree with 15 statements concerning attitude toward quality and quality management practices. |
