| Tiivistelmä: | To promote China's participation in the international division of work and accelerate the modernization of inland areas, we need to utilize foreign investment. So to this end, we must strengthen the work in the following three aspects: 1. perfecting the necessary preferential policies; 2. opitimizing the investment environment; 3. making efforts to raise the efficiency in handling affairs. Besides, according to industrial policy, we have to opitimize the structure of foreign investment to make the structure of foreign investment, industrial structure and the structure of countries(regions) more reasonable. We also have to raise the quality and economic returns of utilizing foreign investment. |
