| Tiivistelmä: | After analyzing the present system of foreign investment laws and the existing problems in it, this paper puts forward the following basic contents the foreign investment code should cover according to the practice of the legislation of foreign investment in foreign countries and China's national situation. The contents should cover: 1. the definition of foreign capital and the formation of capital; 2. domestication, requisition, the protection of foreign investment as well as the scole, time limit and ratio of investment; 3. investment's original capital and the remittance of profits; 4. preferential policies and policies on encouraging investment; 5. operation and management, and labourer-employing; 6. the examination and approval of foreign investment; 7. the settlement of disputes over investment. |
