Tiivistelmä:A large number of reengineering projects that fail are the direct results of management inattention to specific human factors. If management does not pay attention to basic employee issues and concerns, then projects are likely to fail during implementation. In this article the authors identify basic human issues that should be considered in projects that result in organizational change. To facilitate discussion, they examine a small project that altered the process for creating and reviewing organizational presentations.
