| Tiivistelmä: | The two basic ways to make overseas direct investment are to establish overseas enterprises and to purchase the local enterprises abroad. The Chinese enterprises should attach importance fully to establishing overseas enterprises by purchasing and merging, and developing overseas investment business. To this end, the investigations should be conducted and a purchase group made up of capable persons formed and a detailed feasible purchase plan, and business and management plan formulated. Besides, the work of dealing with the problems arising from after the purchase of enterprises and of starting business should be done well. At the same time, the state should give policy support. |
