Tiivistelmä:TQM and BPR are two innovations in the quality movement sweeping enterprises today. To many observers TQM and BPR represent diametrically opposing paradigms, others view them as similar. This article has two objectives: the first addresses the differences between TQM and BPR as perceived by academicians and business people, the second examines the differences between what academicians are teaching about TQM and BPR and how business people actually practise them.
