| Tiivistelmä: | In practice, there are 4 models of trusteeship management of state-owned enterprises, that is, Hainan model Hei long jiang model, Jiangxi model and Zhongxian model. They regard respectively trusteeship as a new mode of the management of state-owned assets, a business mode of "an able person's saving a factory", a form of transition to the merger of enterprises and a form of transition to non-state-owned enterprises. In the trusteeship management of enterprises, some issues like the aim, the evaluation of "Zhongxian model", the supervision of the trusteeship management, and the difference between the trusteeship management and contract need to be studied. |
