| Tiivistelmä: | Before the year 2010, the absolute gap and relative gap between the east and the west would not be narrowed. But after that year, the relative gap will possibly gradually be narrowed and however, the absolute gap will continue to widen. So, to control and narrow the gap, macro regulation and control should be strengthened and the policies of regional development coordinated. Besides, the cultivation of new economic growth points in the western area should be accelerated to promote the development in this area with them. |
