| Tiivistelmä: | Before the economic reform, that is, when China practiced system of the planned economy, the problem of unemployment also existed, but in a covert form at that time due to various reasons. With reform and opening up, it has been brought into the open. During the early period of reform, China's unemployment rate was lower. However, with the reform and opening deepening, the chances of creating employment or the energy released by the mechanism for easing the pressure of employment have nearly reached the maximum. To solve the problem, we should reduce labor supply including controlling the rate of population growth and reducing labor hours. |
