Tiivistelmä:Transnational corporations have made large-scale investment in China in recent years which has become a "hot topic" of Chinese and even the world's economic circles and academic circles. This paper cites numerous individual cases and data related to it, and summarizes and analyzes 6 main characteristics of transnational corporations investment in China and their 6 main tactics. It considers that their investment in China is basically successful. Meanwhile, it also shows that China's policy of attracting and utilizing foreign investment is successful too.
