| Tiivistelmä: | China's special economic zones choose a comprehensive economic model. Its decisive factor is that they bear a special historical mission. Such a model means to depend on external introduction and internal union in order to promote economic development, and to give consideration to the development of commerce, foreign trade, finance, real estate, tourism and agriculture as well as industry as the main body. Establishing, in a broad area, comprehensive and export-oriented special economic zones where special economic policies and management system are implemented, has the following benefits: It will help absorb more foreign investment, develop horizontal cooperation with inland area; improve investment environment and make various explorations for reform. |
