| Tiivistelmä: | At present, there are three types of large-sized enterprises engaged in the internationalized business. They are the specialized foreign trade corporations with greater capability of international business, the production enterprises with considerable technological strength and capability of business and the financial and service enterprises with abundant funds. The first and third kinds of corporations and enterprises may use Japan's and Korea's "model of general trading company" for reference. The second kind of enterprises may use for reference " the five-stage model", adopted by European and American enterprises. |
