| Tiivistelmä: | To realize the internationalized business of Chinese enterprises, we should take the following measures: 1. formulating the overall strategy of internationalized business, 2. taking large-sized state-owned enterprises, especially the high tech production enterprises as the main body in conducting the internationalized business and forming strategic alliance, 3.managing overseas enterprises in line with the international practice. To this end, we should take joint ventures as the main object and adopt management mode of integration of parent companies and their subsidiaries, and directly produce and market products in the locality. Besides, we should use fully the international financial market for financing and the international practice of transfer pricing. 4. training the qualified persons to deal with the internationalized business. |
