| Tiivistelmä: | In organising international business activities, Chinese enterprises mainly adopt the organisational mode, used in domestic business activities, that is, the internal contract system. If the internal contract system is implemented generally regardless of the industrial characteristics, competition state and enterprises' strategies, many disadvantages including high cost will be brought in organising the international business activities. The key to the effective organisation in this line lies in handling well the relationship between concentrating power and empowering, and the relationship between the development process of enterprises' international business and the changes of organisational mode. |
