| Tiivistelmä: | A prosperity game was designed and conducted to provide an experimental learning alternative to traditional lecture-based course material in a first-year MBA class. The students played US and Japanese business, government and other roles, and experienced ethical, political, social, financial, and competitiveness issues in the context of a global marketplace. Student journals provided an indication of the success of the method through comments that described the depth of experimental learning in a simulation environment. |
