| Tiivistelmä: | In 1996, the state adjusted greatly its foreign economic and trade policies. So Guangdong province's foreign economy and trade were faced with new situation and new problems. However, under the environment of surmount numerous difficulties, its foreign economy and trade developed by a wide margin with a larger base number. It was attributed to the "one, two, three, four" economic and trade pattern, formed in reform and opening up. One refers to a batch of high and new technological products with strong competitiveness, which have been formed. Two refers to two cultivated growth points. Three refers to the explored way of making abroad three aspects-funds, tech and market. Four refers to the formed large-scale economic and trade pattern of four main forces. |
