| Tiivistelmä: | With an eye to the 21st century, Fujiang should establish a long-term stable relationship of economic and trade co-operation with Hong Kong. It should actively utilise Hong Kong's financial and capital markets, strengthen the co-operation in the adjustment of industrial structure and upgrading, establish bases of production, industry and trade, joint hands, with Hong Kong to develop world market, open "windows" serving for the people from Hong Kong and other places, who come to Fuzhou and Xiamen for establishing business relationship with Taiwan by taking the advantage of the two cities as the experimental development of direct navigation. Besides it should develop actively sci-tech co-operation with Taiwan. |
