| Tiivistelmä: | The reform of foreign economic and trade is a complex systems engineering. It no doubt needs common understandings form all sides, the participation, support and active co-operation of enterprises' whole staff and workers. In the reform, however, the limitations in understanding and the new objective environment emerging as a result of reform would all exert direct influence on staff's and workers' mental state and behaviour towards the reform of enterprises and possibly lead to the fact that some staff and workers show indifference and even take an opposite attitude towards it. So the key to the success in reform lies in knowing in time and grasping the various factors influencing their mental state and behaviour and take measures actively to reduce the effect of unfavourable factors. |
