| Tiivistelmä: | This paper discusses the issue of environmental protection of China's auto industry and raises the following legal measures to be taken: 1.formulating and revising laws and regulations of auto industry and adhering to the principle of putting prevention first and assuming sole responsibility for pollution, 2. studying the international standards on environmental protection and formulating the national laws and regulations on pollution prevention standards, 3. bringing into play the function of economic leverage of macro economy and formulating " Law on Environmental tax-collection" to guide auto industry towards without pollution. 4.Strengthening study and understanding of the existing laws and regulations to safeguard its own legislative rights and interests by using legal weapon in the technological introduction. |
