| Tiivistelmä: | The rationality of argumentation and its consequences for the management of unstructured problems - critical remarks on Axel v. Werder's Theory of Management and Argumentation. In his book "Management and the Rationality of Argumentation" Axel v. Werder proposes a new theory for the management of unstructured problems. V. Werder develops a theory of argumentation which overcomes the deficits of classical decision theory and forms a new basis for the theory and practice of management. Our paper introduces the complex architecture of v. Werder's thoughts. At the same time it is a critical response which is based on recent considerations of constructive argumentation theory and speech philosophy. |
